The Foundation Rack is an adjustable and FULLY BOLT-ON roof rack for 2005-present Double Cab Toyota Tacoma’s. The rack features (2) CNC laser cut side plates made from 3/16” 5052 aluminum. These plates allow easy NO DRILL mounting by utilizing the (10) factory roof mounts. 2”X1” aluminum extrusion crossbars are used providing countless mounting options with the 6mm T-slot design. A front wind deflector is included to reduce wind drag as well as noise, and mounts to a provided crossbar. Users have the option to add a cutout in the wind deflector to accommodate 40” light bars at no additional cost. All racks come powder coated a durable satin black finish and include stainless mounting hardware.

Standard (5) = (4) load crossbars, (1) deflector crossbar
+1 Crossbar = (5) load crossbars, (1) deflector crossbar
+2 Crossbar = (6) load crossbars, (1) deflector crossbar
The maximum weight capacity of the Foundation Rack is highly dependent on the number of crossbars used. All users should use their best judgement when loading down the rack to prevent unsafe conditions.

This is my second rack to replace my original which has worked great for 5 years. My original rack came with black spacers which look alot better the new one did not, also my deflector light cut out was cut at 43 inches the old one was 42 so there is more gapping berween my lightbar and the deflector. Still great quality!
